Ecommerce → TRANSACTIONS lists the payments for your shop's orders.

WHAT YOU SEE

Each row shows the buyer, the TRANSACTION ID, the STATUS (Paid or Pending), the AMOUNT and the DATE. Filter by Search, Status, From and To. EXPORT downloads the list.

The Transaction ID is the payment's number, not the order number. To find the order, match the amount, date and email on the ORDERS tab.

REFUNDS

Money only moves in Stripe. Make a full or part refund in your Stripe account. Then update the order's Payment Status on its EDIT screen if you need to.

WHY IS A PAYMENT PENDING?

MOBLE records whether a payment is Paid or Pending. The reason a payment didn't go through is in your Stripe account.

CONNECT STRIPE

Add your Stripe details in Ecommerce → SETTINGS → PAYMENTS: Payment Gateway, API Key and Currency. Never share your key in a chat or an email.
