Quantum approached MOBLE at a time when the stable of Corporate bookings started to drop off during the COVID19 pandemic.
With a drop in corporate bookings, a new custom website was designed with the intention of increasing Private Charter bookings such as birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. While being cognisant that once the pandemic was over the website would need to accommodate its tradition staple of corporate bookings.

PROMINENT CALL TO ACTION FOR PRIVATE BOOKINGS
In order to sell Events, Escapes, and Celebrations to attract private bookings, the website would need to showcase beautiful photography to give Quantum the best chance of winning booking against competitors. At the time of design there were no photos available for the private market. Placeholders with existing photography were used allowing the website to be launched quickly with a view to swapping out images and videos as soon as new photography became available from private bookings.
We delivered a series of Landing Pages for each core booking categories: Corporate, Birthdays, Weddings, and Anniversaries.
To better serve and understand their customers, Quantum prefers to take bookings over the phone rather that via scheduled appointments.
Forms were set up to encourage phone calls, but would also capture customers data and prompt an initial booking call.
On submission of the initial enquiry, the customer is sent a thank you SMS included a click to call as a simple method to ignite the booking conversation.
