Every order your shop takes is in Ecommerce → ORDERS.

FIND AN ORDER

Search by name, email or order number, or set the From and To dates and a Status, then click SEARCH. EXPORT (top right) downloads the list.

• PAYMENT — whether the order is Paid or Pending.
• STATUS — the order's shipping status.

MARK AN ORDER AS SHIPPED

Click EDIT on the order. Set the Shipping Status, and add the Shipping Date, Tracking Number and Tracking URL if you have them. Click SAVE.

The same screen holds the buyer's contact details, the shipping and billing addresses, delivery notes and any gift message.

PRINT AND QR

• The print icon opens a printable copy of the order. It's handy as a packing slip.
• The QR icon opens the order's own page on your website, with its QR code, order summary and a delivery map.

REFUNDS

Refunds are made in Stripe. Ecommerce → TRANSACTIONS shows your payments.
