THE PLANS

• Mini — 12 KB Pages, $9 a month.
• Plus — 50 KB Pages, $49 a month or $490 a year.
• Pro — 500 KB Pages, $79 a month or $790 a year.
• Elite — unlimited KB Pages, $299 a month.
• Elite Annual with a dedicated AI agent — $2,990 a year for one agent (Sales or Support), $5,000 a year for both. Dedicated agents come on annual plans only.

Annual plans save you two months.

HOW YOUR PLAN IS WORKED OUT

• A KB Page is a page in your Knowledge Base that your AI uses. You can scrape KB Pages from website pages, or add them by CSV, API or in the UI.
• Upload as many images and PDFs as you like. A PDF only becomes a KB Page when you run PDF-to-Text.
• Billing is on the first day of the month. Your plan is worked out automatically from the number of KB Pages you have just before each bill.
• Want a lower plan? There's no downgrade button: with fewer KB Pages, you move to the lower plan at your next bill.

HOW TO UPGRADE

• Open the upgrade for the plan you want. You'll see a review card with the plan and its price.
• When you're happy, press CONFIRM UPGRADE.
• The card on file is charged and the upgrade applies straight away.

GOOD TO KNOW

• If you're already on that plan, the card says CURRENTLY ON THIS PLAN and nothing is charged.
• No card on file? You're taken to MY CARD to add one first.
• If a charge fails, nothing changes: your plan stays as it was.
