  • You can no longer log in to the CMS.
  • Your website goes into maintenance mode: every page redirects to the login, so visitors no longer see your site.
  • Your site is removed from the server.
  • The MOBLE team is notified of your cancellation.

BEFORE YOU CANCEL

  • Keep copies of anything you want to hold on to before you press Yes, cancel now!
  • If you'd like to talk it through first, contact the MOBLE team.
  • If you only need a different plan, a team member's access changed, or a payment failed, you may not need to cancel at all.

HOW TO CANCEL

  • Open MY PLAN.
  • Press CANCEL at the top right.
  • A message asks "Are you sure? You are about to cancel your subscription".
  • Press Yes, cancel now! to cancel, or Cancel to go back.
