When Default to Voicebot is set to YES, your Chatbot displays a Voicebot form (capturing Name, Email, Mobile) rather than the typical text input placeholder. After users submit their number, the AI Voicebot calls them to continue the conversation over the phone.
Important: You must configure a matching Voicebot prompt for the same AI Agent (e.g., if using a Shop Quote Request Chatbot, select the corresponding “Shop Quote Request Voicebot” template in your Prompt settings).
